Not only was he even \u003cspan style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"\u003ecooler\u003c\/span\u003e than our expectations, he was kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and graciously put up with way too much talking on our part.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWorking with Daren has been a dream come true, but we're even more honored to have him as a new friend and neighbor. In addition to \"Life in Flight,\" Daren also contributed his \"Deep in Nature\" design to our exclusive collection now available at REI. In Chinatown, restaurants and other businesses were shuttering or due to racism and xenophobia, weeks before the government-mandated closures. Adding to the pain - an overwhelming majority of these operations are cash-only, immigrant-run microbusinesses that could not qualify for PPP or other government relief loans.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEric chose Send Chinatown Love because it was born to help these businesses that are the heart and soul of the Chinese community in the City. The organization provides an easy-to-implement digital platform that gives over 7,000 Chinatown restaurants (who otherwise wouldn’t have one) a web presence and online ordering capability.
